    Shipping & return

    Once you have ordered from us, we will work for you to send your package as soon as possible. Our logistics team basically processes your order within a day if all products are in stock. It therefore takes on average 3-5 working days until the package arrives at your doorstep.

    Shipping of orders with special items (such as garment racks, busts, personalised products) sometimes takes a little longer, as these items are kept separately in our production locations and shipped from there.

    TRANSPORT DAMAGE

    Check your shipment immediately upon receipt to ensure that it is complete and intact. Do not accept the shipment if it shows visible damage.

    If you did not discover the damage immediately upon accepting the shipment, take a photo of it:

    • the outside of the package
    • the inside of the package
    • the shipping label on the parcel
    • the damage (detailed)

    Then send these photos immediately to our team via contact.

    We need the information within 4 days to report the damage on time.

    Failure to file a complaint or contact us does not affect the legal guarantee. However, you can help us validate our own compensation against the transport company and transport insurance.

    RETURN

    Wrong size or don't like something? Even though we constantly do our best to improve our article descriptions, photos and size recommendations, it may happen that a hanger is different in model or size from what you expected or that you do not like the colour.

    To that end, we say: no problem, send it back to us!

    You have 30 days to review the item. You can also register your return with us within the reflection period, after which you have 14 days to actually return the items. The products may only be unpacked and used as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words, the product may only be handled and inspected as would be done in a shop. The items must show no sign of use and any attached labels must not have been removed. More information on the right of withdrawal can be found in our general terms and conditions.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item. If you are satisfied with your article, but would still like it in a different colour or size, please send us the unwanted article back for a refund and specify the new order. That way, the replacement item will come to you as soon as possible!

    THE 4 RETURN STEPS

    For quick return processing, please complete the following steps.

    1. Register your return

    Register your return
    Your return request will be processed within 24-48 hours.

    2. Pack the articles

    Please return the items - if reasonably possible - to us in the undamaged, original packaging and in a suitable cardboard box.

    3. Ship the package

    Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a DPD return shipping label by e-mail. However, please note that you can only deliver your parcel to a DPD point. There, your return package will be received and sent to us.

    4. You will get your money back

    After your return has arrived with us or you have sent a withdrawal notice to us, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible once it has been checked and processed. In most cases, processing a return takes 2 to 3 working days, in extreme cases up to 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation of receipt at that time. The refund will follow the same payment method as you paid.

    Please note that when using the withdrawal notice, we will wait to refund until we have received the return, or until it is proven that it has been sent.
